AMADO MIO by Ataro Asbrink

Tribute to Gilda / Rita Hayworth
Made for "Festival der Liebe / Festival of Love" and "Mixed Pixels", a 2013 art event of the German Second Life community. Thats why "Gilda" talks in German. She says: "Ich hasse dich auch Johnny ..... Liebling / "I hate you too Johnny ... darling." In English she sings "Amado Mio / My beloved". It's a very "special" declaration of love and in the 1946 movie it ends with a passionate kiss.

A public street phone rings. Who wants to talk to whom? 
A young woman is standing on a wall facing the ocean. 
What's going on? 

It's a 6 minute, one shot, very slow camera tracking somewhere in a virtual NewYork.
